Stayed May 1-4. Best hotel ever! Location, staff, cleanliness - everything was perfect. I will stay at Hotel Mela again on all future trips to Manhattan. Thanks for everything!

Location Location Location. Besides that, our room was great (a little small, but we were never in it), tastefully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable and inviting. The staff was cheerful and helpful. We have stayed in similarly priced hotels where the rooms were \"worn and tired\". Not this one. It was clean and fresh and there was the sense that management cared about appearance. Hotel Mela was a great find for us and we will stay there again.

My daughter and I stayed with you from 4/27 to 5/1/11. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful! We had a clogged toilet the first morning and it was immediately addressed. We asked for a bucket of ice every evening and it was delivered within minutes. The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the price was reasonable. We will be back! Thank you!

Broadway Blast!
We had a terrific time at Hotel Mela this past weekend! The location is perfect for us, coming into Grand Central for a Broadway show. It was affordable, clean, and convenient. Staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly. We will be coming back soon!

We stayed at the Mela for 3 nights with my son and his girlfriend who are both 24 yrs old. The location is perfect for most sightseeing, within 10/15 mins easy walk. The staff are absolutely wonderful. The rooms are not spacious,but everything is of high quality, very comfy beds and pillows etc. The FREE hot chocolate provided in the reception daily was often very weLcome and YUMMY. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Great Housekeeping Staff
I was here for my honeymoon- new to Hotel Mela and NYC. The housekeeping staff was amazing! All of them. Every room attendant that we came across greeted us and offered to further assist. The best housekeeping team I\'ve ever come acrossed.

Perfect
I went to NYC for the first time with a girlfriend of mine. It was her first time in the big city as well. We researched hotels for 3 months and a co-worker suggested Hotel Mela. We found the rates were very reasonable so we booked it. We couldn\'t have found a better place. It was just wonderful! The staff was personable and helpful. Our room was perfect and clean. The location is perfect for Time Square and all the theaters. The concierge had suggested a resturant for our Pre Theater dinner and made our reservation for us. It was great. John Paul. I will stay at Hotel Mela everytime I\'m in the city and I would recomend it to everyone.
